Return Process

Email our team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return or any issues regarding damaged goods.

Securely pack the unopened, non-perishable products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.
- 3.Ship the Return
Send the parcel to our designated returns address using a tracked courier service to ensure safe and documented delivery.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once we inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement items within 5 business days.
